01 What is included with my ornament?
Each ornament includes one personalized crochet pet, a plush crescent moon, and a closed yarn loop for hanging. The Witch Hat and Bat Wings are optional add-ons.
02 Are the Witch Hat and Bat Wings included?
They are sold separately. Choose either add-on, or both, when placing your order. Your pet and crescent moon are included in the base ornament.
03 How do I send my pet photos?
Upload a clear photo when you order. You can send additional angles and note the colors, markings, or little details you want us to capture.
04 Can you make a cat, horse, or another pet?
Yes. Our examples include dogs, cats, and horses. Share photos of your pet and we’ll use their distinctive features to create their crochet likeness.
05 How big is the ornament?
The crochet moon is approximately 5 in (12.7 cm) tall and the pet is approximately 4 in (10.2 cm) tall. These measurements exclude the hanging loop and optional hat; slight variations are part of a handmade piece.
06 How does the ornament hang?
A closed yarn loop is attached to the upper tip of the moon. Slide a branch, hook, or display stand through the loop to hang your ornament; there is no metal ring.
07 Will I see a preview before it ships?
Yes. We’ll email you a free preview before shipping and offer unlimited detail edits so you can review your pet’s likeness.
08 Will my ornament arrive before Halloween?
Each ornament is made to order, so please order early if you need it for Halloween. If you have a specific deadline, email us before ordering so we can advise on timing.
