At ByBeeBoo, our goal is to provide beautifully handcrafted personalized products while ensuring the best possible shopping experience for every customer.
Because every item is custom-made with care by our artisans, production requires time and attention to detail. We always do our best to complete and deliver orders as quickly as possible, especially for meaningful occasions and gifts.
Processing, Production & Shipping Time
Please note that the Estimated Delivery Time includes:
Order Processing Time + Handmade Production Time + Shipping Time
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
During periods of high demand, processing times may take slightly longer as orders are handled in the order they are received.
Handmade Production Time
Each product is individually handcrafted based on your personalization details by our artisan team in Vietnam.
Production time usually takes approximately 3–4 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume.
During the production stage, you may request additional customization details before the item is completed. Once production is finished, modifications can no longer be made.
Because every item is handmade with care and attention to detail, slight variations may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of handcrafted products.
Shipping Time
After your order is completed, it will be shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, DHL, FedEx, or other available shipping partners depending on your destination.
Estimated shipping times:
- United States: approximately 7–10 business days
- International orders: approximately 10–20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking numbers are usually updated within 1–3 business days after shipment. You may use the tracking number to follow your package during transit.
Please make sure to check your inbox and spam folder for shipping updates.
Holiday & Peak Season Notice
During busy holiday seasons and special occasions such as:
- Valentine’s Day
- Mother’s Day
- Father’s Day
- Halloween
- Christmas
- Other major holidays
production and shipping times may be extended due to increased demand.
Cut-off dates for holiday delivery may be announced on our website when applicable. Orders placed after those dates may not arrive in time for the holiday.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and selected shipping method.
Standard Shipping
- Flat rate shipping fee: $9.95
- Estimated total delivery timeframe: approximately 3–4 weeks
With this option, your order will move to priority production and be handcrafted earlier than standard orders whenever possible.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly before placing your order, including:
- Recipient name
- Street address
- Apartment/unit number
- ZIP/postal code
- Phone number
ByBeeBoo is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that time, we may no longer be able to modify shipping details because production may have already started.
If there is an issue with your shipping information, our team may attempt to contact you for confirmation. However, this may delay processing and delivery times.
