Return Policy
Because all of our products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer, we currently do not accept returns.
However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly send you a free replacement without requiring you to return the original item.
We want every order to be created exactly the way you envisioned it. Please carefully review all personalization details before placing your order, including names, spelling, colors, and selected options.
Orders may only be canceled or modified within 12 hours after being placed. After this period, the order enters production and can no longer be changed or canceled.
Refund & Replacement Policy
At ByBeeBoo, we truly want you to love your purchase. If something doesn’t seem right with your order, please contact us at support@bybeeboo.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We offer replacements or refunds for eligible issues reported within 20 days of delivery.
To process your request, please include:
- Order number
- Email address used for the order
- Description of the issue
- Clear photo/video evidence of the item received
Additional proof may be required depending on the issue:
- For printing or design issues: please include close-up photos showing the error clearly.
- For missing items: please provide a photo of the package and shipping label.
Once we review your request and confirm the issue, we will either:
- Send you a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.
Please note that photos/videos are required so our team can properly investigate and resolve the issue.
Please Note
We generally do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Incorrect selections made by the customer (size, style, color, personalization details, etc.)
- Damage caused by improper handling or misuse
- Minor color differences caused by screen settings or lighting during photography
As handmade and personalized items may vary slightly, a small difference between product photos and the final item is considered normal.
Orders placed during sales or promotional events may not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
2. Shipping Issues
If your tracking information has not updated for:
- More than 20 days (US orders)
- More than 30 days (international orders)
you may contact us to request a replacement or refund.
Shipping Issue Exceptions
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for shipping issues caused by:
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
- Incomplete or invalid address information
Please carefully check your shipping details before completing your purchase.
Additional Notes
- Because all products are personalized, we do not accept returns.
- Replacement items cannot be modified once approved.
- Refund processing times may take approximately 7–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
- Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order to avoid mistakes.
