01 Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes. We ship worldwide so families everywhere can create a personalized mobile featuring their beloved pets. Shipping time and cost are shown during checkout.
02 Can I upload multiple photos?
Absolutely. You can upload several photos of each pet. Clear images taken from different angles help our artisans capture their colors, markings and facial details more accurately.
03 I don't have full-body photos. Can you still create my pet?
Yes. Full-body photos are helpful, but they are not required. Send us the clearest images you have and include any details you would like us to follow. Our artisans will use the available photos to create the closest possible likeness.
04 Can I include multiple pets in one mobile?
Yes. Select the number of pets you would like when placing your order, then upload photos and notes for each one. We will carefully create every pet and balance them within your chosen mobile design.
05 Do you only create dogs?
Not at all. We can create many kinds of pets, including cats, rabbits and other beloved animals. The product photos are examples and do not limit the pets we can recreate.
06 Will I see a preview before my mobile is completed?
We offer a preview service for a fee of $19.95 that allows you to see and approve the doll before it is finalized. This fee covers the individual attention and customization we provide, including taking photos and making unlimited revisions. If you choose not to opt for this package, we will proceed with creating and shipping the doll without a preview to ensure you receive it as quickly as possible.
