01 Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes. We ship worldwide so pet lovers everywhere can carry their pet Mini-Me. Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout.
02 Can I upload multiple photos?
Absolutely. One clear photo is enough, but you may upload several photos from different angles to help our artisan capture your pet’s colors, markings and facial details more accurately.
03 I don't have full-body photos. Can you still create my pet?
Yes. Full-body photos are helpful, but they are not required. Send us the clearest photos you have, and our artisan will use the available details to create the closest possible likeness.
04 Can I include multiple pets in one charm?
Each 4-inch charm is designed to represent one pet. If you would like multiple pets, please order one charm for each pet and upload the matching photos.
05 Do you only create dogs?
Not at all. We can create dogs, cats, rabbits, horses and many other beloved animals. Every charm is personalized from the pet photos you provide.
06 Will I see a preview before my charm is shipped?
Yes. Once your charm has been handcrafted, we will send you preview photos for approval. You can request adjustments, and nothing ships until you are happy with the result.
