02 Can I upload multiple photos?
Absolutely. You can upload several reference photos. Clear images taken from different angles help our artisans capture facial features, hairstyles, outfits and other meaningful details more accurately.
03 I don't have a full-body photo. Can you still create my keepsake?
Yes. A full-body photo is helpful, but it is not required. Send us the clearest photos you have and add notes about the outfit, pose or details you would like included. Our artisans will use your references to create the closest possible likeness.
04 Can I include more than one person in a keepsake?
Yes. Choose the number of people you would like when placing your order, then upload photos and notes for each person. We will carefully recreate them together as one meaningful keepsake.
05 Can I personalize the outfit and small details?
Yes. You can request specific outfits, colors, hairstyles, accessories and other meaningful details. Add your preferences in the personalization notes and include clear reference photos whenever possible.
06 Will I see a preview before my keepsake is completed?
Yes. We send you a preview before your keepsake is completed. You can request adjustments, and nothing is shipped until you are happy with the result.
